James Piro

James Piro brings over three decades of experience in the building trades, construction, and real estate industries. Beginning at a young age working alongside his father, he developed hands-on knowledge of how homes are built and maintained.

Over the years, James owned and operated a remodeling and drywall business for more than fifteen years, gaining extensive experience in residential construction and renovation.

His background later expanded into real estate, where he worked as a licensed sales agent and gained valuable insight into property evaluation, transactions, and the needs of both buyers and sellers.

Combining practical construction experience with real estate knowledge, James transitioned into home inspection and obtained his Connecticut Home Inspector License. His inspections focus on clear communication, careful observation, and providing clients with the information they need to make confident decisions.
